This property includes a room with recreational exercise equipment. By booking this property, you acknowledge the following:
• Use of exercise equipment is limited to registered guests 18 years and older.
• No supervision, instruction, or spotting is provided.
• Guest use of the equipment is at guest’s own risk.
• Guest assumes all responsibility for inspecting and using the exercise equipment.
• Guest has no medical conditions that could be aggravated by use of exercise equipment.
• Host and the homeowner are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from guest use of exercise equipment.
• Exercise equipment must not be tampered with, and any damage, defect, or malfunction must be reported to Host immediately.
• No exercise equipment is allowed to be used by guest while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash.
* Trash Collection Days: Monday & Thursday mornings at 6AM.
*Recycling is Monday at 6AM.
* Bring trash cans back up to the house.
Pool Cleaning occurs every Tuesday.
PLEASE CLEAN GRILL AFTER USE; Guest will be charged $50 if grill is not left in the condition it was in at check-in.
Guest will be charged an additional fee of $250 for smoking in the house.
For every 15 minutes beyond the agreed-upon checkout time that the guest remains on the property, a fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.
SWIMMING POOL LIABILITY WAIVER BY GUEST. By booking/reserving this property, Guest understands and acknowledges the following: 1) there is no lifeguard or other attendant on duty at any time for the pool or the surrounding pool area, 2) there is an inherent risk with swimming in the pool, playing in or around the pool area, and entertaining in the pool or its surrounding area, 3) children, people with disabilities, elders and pets should never be left unattended in, near, or around the pool and should always be supervised, and 4) no broken glass or other harmful objects or items are to be left in, around, or near the pool or its surrounding area. GUEST FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT GUEST IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY OF EVERY KIND FROM USE OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING POOL AREA BY GUEST, GUEST’S FAMILY (IF ANY), GUEST’S PETS (IF ANY) AND ANY GUESTS OF GUEST DURING GUEST’S STAY AT THE PROPERTY. If you do not agree to this waiver of liability, please do not book/reserve this property.

No lifeguard is on duty.
Swimming in the lake is not recommended.
Your use of the dock and lake is at your own risk.
There are inherent risks to accessing/using the dock and open lake including drowning, injury, or death, which you accept.
You assume full responsibility for your safety and the safety of any minors, elderly individuals, persons with disabilities or other guests while accessing/using these areas.
You will exercise reasonable caution and provide adequate supervision of any minors and other vulnerable guests while accessing/using these areas.
The host and homeowner(s) are not liable for any injury or damage related to your or your guest’s access/use of these areas.
