Diego's house is an incredible guest apartment with an independent entrance, garden, and backyard that you cannot miss. Extremely bright and spacious.
Excellent location, close to restaurants, shopping centers, Naples Pier, 5th Ave in downtown Naples, the Naples Zoo, the Botanical Gardens, and more. Enjoy the incredible sunset sitting by the water's edge reading a good book.
Pets are welcome, paying a pet fee.
The apartment shares the driveway with Frida's house, located next door. The house is completely separate and does not share anything with the apartment. Short Term Rental ID: PL20220005835.
Park on the left-hand side of the house, in the stone floor area, which will be the entrance to your accommodation. Parking spot only allows 1 car (no trucks, RVs, or trailers). Consider that you are renting the guest studio of the house (which is located on the right-hand side). If you need additional parking, please use the grassy area in front of the house.

- All adult guests visiting and staying at the property must submit a copy of their photo ID no later than 1 day before check-in
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the house, if you do it outside, please throw the butts in a garbage can.
- Drugs or illegal activities are not allowed. The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.
- Parties and events are not allowed. Without exceptions! The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund, a fee will be charged

- It is strictly forbidden to light candles inside the house.
- Do not throw feminine products, diapers, or any object that could clog the toilets.
- If you bring your pet, they are NOT allowed on the beds or sofas. We know pets are furry kids, and we have some too, but fur left on soft surfaces will incur an additional charge.
- Use the doggie bags provided to pick up any feces outside in the backyard and dispose of them in the trash bins.
- If damage occurs, notify us immediately.
- Close doors and windows properly every time you leave the house.
- Don't forget to take out the trash on the day.
