Our Chadham by the Sea condo is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom direct oceanfront corner unit located at the south-end car-free section of New Smryna Beach. Chadham is a family friendly community in a gated 52 unit complex and is the last condo building down A1A on the way to the Canaveral National Seashore Park. No crowds on this car-free beach for you and the family to enjoy and feel safe.
Our corner unit has been completely remodeled. It is located on the 4th floor and offers floor to ceiling unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. Up to date furnishings in every room including King beds in all 3 bedrooms! Our living room includes a memory foam Queen sleeper sofa, which makes the condo sleep 8 comfortably.
The dining room has a beautiful table for 6 (or more) with 4 chairs and a large bench and 4 bar stools at the adjacent kitchen bar for additional seating. The kitchen is remodeled with granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. It is fully equipped with any kitchen tool, gadget, and appliance you would need. This includes a crockpot, toaster oven, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker, and others! Relax and breathe in the fresh sea air while sitting outside on our balcony and take in the panoramic beach views.
Our condo offers some great technology including cable, private Wi-Fi, Smart TV with access to your Netflix account, blue ray DVD player with DVD library, iPod docking station, keyless remote entry and more. We also take care of the little ones by including kids DVD's, games, puzzles, coloring, baby safety items, and also includes a pack and play. Forget having to pack all those beach toys, coolers, umbrellas, etc. We have them all! A full size laundry room is included in the condo as well.
This is an amazing condo that caters to families, couples, or a group of friends that just need a great getaway. New Smyrna Beach is a local favorite with 13 miles of pristine beaches and offers an array of things to do and see. Chadham by the Sea is located only a short 10 minute drive to the North end to popular Flagler Ave which has many restaurants, bars, and local shops. Spend the day exploring what the area has to offer and then return to your own peaceful oasis at Chadham by the Sea.
