Breath taking oceanfront views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom including the glass shower in the master bath. you can listen to the ocean from nearly all rooms. Enjoy both sunrise and sunsets from both balconies with unobstructed views. If you're looking for ocean views, that is the only thing you see from our unit. All new Bosch appliances in the kitchen. Laundry with new full size washer and dryer. All new carpet in both bedrooms. All new flooring thruout the unit. Brand new furniture in living room, and master bedroom. Unit is directly on the natural sandy beach with tiki huts and lounge chairs. Heated pool is centrally located on our very small resort like complex with less than 40 units so you will always find space at the pool or the adjoining larger deck. Large outdoor cooking area with, gas grilles, prep tables, refrigerator, sink and plenty of tables for everyone. Take a walk out on the dock to view the wildlife, including manatee, sea turtles, dolphins, lobster and to many types of fish to list. Tarpon and snapper are regularly caught from the dock which has a fish cleaning station with power and water. If you have a boat, you are welcome to bring it. Trailers must be stored in the garage or a storage area on the island. Boats/trailers must be stored in the garage only. There is a marina on the island that has limited storage. You will love the direct ocean front from our unit, the pool and outdoor cooking area.
