Bring your boat!!!! Come watch the sunset melt into the Gulf from your vacation home as dolphin, sea turtles and manatee swim in this direct access saltwater canal. This canal is loaded with redfish, snook and snapper. Our home has everything you need to enjoy your stress free vacation. Everything has been remodeled and tastefully decorated.
We are located on the 1st canal off the Gulf of Mexico in a very nice area. Just a short 5 minute ride to the beach and playground. There you will find a couple of fun and tasty restaurants.
This home is immaculate and has no weird smells or odors. Water views of the gulf from the main parts of the home will let you enjoy our beautiful sunsets. The gas BBQ is ready and waiting for you to enjoy your meals on the huge patio with ceiling fans to keep you cool.
There are a number of separate sitting areas for everyone to enjoy together or separately. The living room has leather sofas and a couple of great bean chairs as well as a cable TV.
The lanai boasts new flooring and is well appointed with a sitting area, dining area as well as a Television.
Bring everyone into the gourmet kitchen to hang out while enjoying a nice quick meal or a few cold drinks and appetizers. Everything you could think of is there.
The home has everything new. AC, bathrooms, hot water heater, ceiling fans and SS appliances. Very clean and neat as a pin. The kitchen was designed for hanging out and enjoying your casual meals while taking in the water views.
Clear water right off the dock for swimming with the dolphin and watching manatees. If that's not your thing, bait up your fishing line and try for the many species of fish for your dinner.
There is an awesome floating dock for you to easily launch the kayaks or keep your boat and to go to the calm Gulf waters.
The 1 car garage can house your water toys, golf Clubs or any other toys you bring along with you.
Plenty to do around the area. Restaurants and bars abound. Locals are extremely nice and helpful.
As far as things to do around the area, you can be to some great Florida attractions within 30 minutes to 2 hours away. Weeki Wachee for the mermaid show or clear spring kayaking. Tarpon Springs and the sponge docks are just 30 minutes south for you to enjoy the “Greek life” and wonderful restaurants. Want a little more excitement? Busch Gardens is just a 1/2 hour away. A great day trip to Disney World, Epocot Center, Seaworld and even Kennedy space center are all doable.
The surrounding area offers, golf, mini golf, fishing, kayaking, boat rentals, scalloping, water skiing, antique shopping, casino cruising and a lot more.

1 queen size air bed. No dedicated room. Would be great for children.

Newer Washer and dryer are located in the clean 1 car garage.
2 Extra guests are permitted.
Do you have EXTRA GUESTS? There is a $25 per person per night. An easy fill queen size airbed and bedding is available. Please contact me for more information. I recommend it for children as there is no dedicated space or private room for the bed itself.
We have exterior cameras to monitor only the exterior of our home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
One is at the front door and the other is directed towards the dock and kayaks.
