Stay in a quaint little 2/2 in a quiet neighborhood with full remodel throughout the home. This is the perfect place for people who want to spend their vacation outside and just chill here close to the Chassahowitzka. If you have a Jon boat or skiff you can put it at the public boat ramp (remember it is a tidal river and gets low in the slip, sometimes it can be mud) and I recommend keeping the boat right on site. Visit many springs and manatees. This is a perfect house for those who want to enjoy the convenience of being on the canal with 4 kayaks and life jackets for different ages (The owner does not take any liability for use of the kayaks), outdoor grilling, and an inside Retro Arcade. We offer WiFi with Roku in the living room.
Crystal River and Homosassa are within 10 minutes. The boat launch and The Lodge Bar and Grill are within walking distance. Fish and Scallop on the Gulf, Kayaking, and Snorkeling in many great areas, water bikes in Crystal River, Swim with Manatees and Eat at many waterfront venues. Walk, Hike or Bike. We provide a fully equipped house with everything you need to help you enjoy your stay. Even has oyster shuckers and crab/lobster cracking kits!
DOGS ARE WELCOME! I do not charge for pets, UNLESS there is a MESS I have to clean up then there will be a 50.00 fee added. If, you use the towels for your dog mess, you will be charged to replace them. ( Yes, real story)
