Welcome to "Dolphins Peek" ~ South Seas Gulf Cottage 1106. Our direct gulf front cottage is located within the gates of the South Seas Island Resort. You can't beat the direct gulf front views from the home! While privately owned and managed, you will still have access to the nearby community pool and tennis court. Many wonderful shops and restaurants are located just outside the gates of the resort and in the Village area of Captiva. The cottage itself has been recently updated with all new furniture and flooring. The main level has the spacious living, dining and kitchen areas as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs is a queen bedroom suite with a full bathroom and deck off the open loft. Please note that while the property is located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort, it is a privately owned and managed property. You will not have resort access including the resort pool(s), restaurants, trolley service and any other resort owned amenities. Private gas bbq grill, beach side. Easily rent a golf cart and get around the entire resort and Captiva Village area. You may even be lucky enough to look out over the Gulf of Mexico, from the cottage and score a"Dolphins Peek".
While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), bbq grills and the beach. We include beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well.
