This 4BR/3BA is close enough to walk to: see pics for time and distance to... the KC Convention Center, Crown Center, the Kauffman performing arts center, Union Station, the Liberty Memorial, and even the KC streetcar. You can even ride the KC Streetcar for free to the River Market. More importantly, you can walk to dozens of great restaurants on the Westside like the Westsider Local, Chez Elle Creperie and Coffeehouse, and the Blue Bird Bistro (4 blocks away), the Crossroads Art District (and host to First Fridays Arts festivals) is home to some of KC's best restaurants such as Jack Stack BBQ, Lidia's Italian Bistro, Manny's Mexican, and Grunauer (German). SW Boulevard (2 blocks away) is also home to many authentic Mexican restaurants, all within walking distance.
