It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples, FL is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 45 minute drive from the home!
This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The HOA has an additional $150 application fee along with a $75 per applicant background check fee not included in this reservation and paid separately after booking and is subject to change.
