Located 15 minutes from Jax. Int'l Airport, 10 minutes from River City Marketplace, and 15mins from Little Talbot Island & the Jacksonville Zoo. This is great for business travelers wanting more space than a hotel can offerand paying a better rate which means a longer stay. There is also the convenience of being near the airport. We've had company groups in town for month-long projects, the PGA tour etc. and definitely a great space and backyard for families who need extended stays as well.
There is a loft with a built-in desk space great workspace area. There is a huge backyard to enjoy the lake view (there are geese that gather there which we can't control) or have some family backyard fun. There is ample parking in the 2-car wide extended driveway.
To keep down on the wear and tear of the home no more than 2 visitors (not overnight) not included on the reservation are allowed to visit guest during their stay in our home.

~ Access to the backyard IS ONLY through the side back door at the rear entrance of the home and not through the sliding glass door.
~The intercom can be used to listen to music throughout the home as well as reduces the need to yell throughout the home. You can also press talk and communicate between rooms.
~ Please keep fire pit low and maintained. Do not use on windy days.
~ Please be advised that there are security cameras on the exterior and interior (both are in front and back living rooms) of the home in common areas to ensure the homes security when vacant. Disconnection, removal or re-positioning of the cameras will result in immediate termination of the guest(s) stay without refund.
~There is plenty of space in the pantry to store items. Please keep clean and take with you open packages or containers that can not be sealed in order to reduce waste, bugs and insects.
~ Feel free to use any items left behind in the pantry, spice cabinets or refrigerator.
~ There is a swifter and vacuum cleaner present if there are any immediate clean-up issues
