Two wingback chairs and a padded bed bench. French doors lead into the Master Bath for an “ahh” moment when you view the antique look gold accented chandelier mounted over a freestanding soaker tub in front of the striking gold, black, and white porcelain tile shower wall with matching floor. A Delta tub faucet is wall mounted. Behind that wall is a zero entry shower with pebble floor and a built-in tiled bench. A Delta shower system with handheld wand. Two Waypoint Duraform vanities – 1 with vanity desk. Separate water closet. Kohler toilet chair height with soft close lid. Large walk-in closet with 3 bay closet system by Closets By Design with crown molding.

Second bedroom is a King with ensuite bath. Custom vanity with leathered granite counter and 8” backsplash. Kohler toilet chair height with soft close lid. Delta faucet and shower system. The above bedrooms are separated from the other bedrooms by the Great Room for added quiet and privacy. The pool bath can be accessed down a short hall from the great room and from the outside pool area. It features a zero entry shower tiled with porcelain wood look tile to the ceiling and pebble floor. A stainless Schluter corner shelf is installed low for shaving legs and another shelf is installed for soap and shampoo. Delta shower system. Custom vanity with quartz countertop and backsplash. Walls are tiled all around 5’ high with drywall and multiple towel hooks above.

The Great Room features a 13’ 6” wide x 12’ high custom brick wall with 65” Samsung smart tv wall mounted and recessed lights that downlight the brick wall. Four windows look out the front of the house and three windows look out to the pool. They are all 3’ x 6’ with 3’ x 1.5’ transoms overhead. Three sofas anchor the living room space with a round, wooden bead 6 light candelabra chandelier on dimmer switch. A carved wood wall hanging of 7 pelicans carved by the owner is lit with a gold picture light. Recessed lights are throughout the great room space.

The dining area features a farmhouse style table with 8 curved ladderback chairs and a 6 light distressed antique style chandelier. French doors with transom lead out to the covered patio and pool area. Double front doors with transom and ¾ glass lead onto the 36’ x 8’ front porch with 4 large columns, 12’ ceiling, brick accent wall, large wall sconces on each side of the door, and recessed lights.

The kitchen area features a custom built 10’ island with quartz countertop, seating for up to 10, microwave, trash pullout and base cabinet with 1 drawer and door. Three antique style distressed chandeliers evoke a classy farmhouse feel while providing ample light for work tasks. A custom vent hood mounted on another beautiful brick wall provides outside ventilation for a GE electric range with air fryer feature. Medium gray stained maple cabinets with large pot and pan drawers flank the range and are topped with white with small veining of gray quartz countertops. A 25.3 cubic foot GE side by side fingerprint resistant stainless refrigerator with in-door ice maker sits at the end of this wall in a custom depth cabinet. A white porcelain farmhouse sink is centered under a large picture window looking out to the backyard area with 3 single clear pendant lights to facilitate work. A GE top control 24” stainless dishwasher and the same gray stained maple cabinets flank the sink. A custom made 8’ tall distressed dish and glassware open cabinet sits in front of another brick accent wall, adding to the modern farmhouse style of the home.

An open doorway leads from the kitchen into the pantry, which features a custom built coffee bar cabinet with open shelves, barn door storage area, and serving tray alcove topped with matching quartz countertop. A second identical refrigerator is installed here along with white painted pine shelves for small appliances and dry goods storage.

Back in the hallway, make a left turn into the joined hallway that accesses the rest of the sleeping quarters. Two spacious Queen bedrooms are entered from this hallway and are complete with two night stands each, chairs, open closet areas, recessed lights, a lighted ceiling fan, a 3’ x 6’ window and lamps. A Jack n Jill full bath is shared between the 2 bedrooms. It features two custom vanities with quartz countertops, large mirrors, 3 light wall mounted vanity fixtures and makeup vanity with a bench. A pocket door leads to a private water closet with Kohler chair height toilet, soft close lid, tub/shower combo with striking porcelain tile accent wall bordered by soft gray tile side walls. Recessed lights are throughout the bath.

This section of hallway features a single French door leading out to the covered patio and providing natural light for the hallway and easy access to the outdoor cooking area from the kitchen. At the end of this hallway, you’ll find the Game Room. There’s a game table for cards and board games that seats 6 lighted by a metal and glass chandelier and recessed lights, both on dimmers. Two large upholstered chairs flank a Serta Convertible Sleeper Sofa for watching the 55” LG tv or playing video games. Levolor cellular shades can be closed and the sofa can convert to a Queen bed, making the Game Room an additional bedroom when needed. There’s also a ping pong table and movie posters add to the fun.

The Bunk Room is a true showstopper at 624 sq. ft. on the first floor with 4 twin beds accented with teal blankets and marine life pillows, a game/snack table, wall cubbies, barn lights, original artwork, and luggage bench. A regulation stairway with black metal balusters and thick yellow pine treads carries you to the upper level of 370 sq.ft where 6 twin beds adorned with the same blankets and pillows, comfy thick mattresses, wall mounted cubbies for electronics and wall mounted barn lights, a love seat, and best of all a lighted 2 wall mural of moon jellyfish. The stair treads have small dimmable lights that are remote controlled for added safety at night. The walls, stairway, and baseboards are all driftwood-stained yellow pine to give the room a warm, rustic feel and 3 black Hunter ceiling fans with rustic barnwood look blades add to that feel. Children and adults alike love the spacious feel, the playfulness, and the warm ambiance of this room. All bathrooms and the laundry room are equipped with humidity sensing vent fans that are ultra quiet operating on low speed at only 0.3 sones. Flip the switch and the fan ramps up to high speed but is still low volume.

The covered patio is spacious with 2 dining locals, a cooking area, a TV, and a lounging area. The cooking area is made of a treated lumber framework wrapped in Miratec on the legs and faced with composite lumber. Large porcelain tiles grouted with Fusion Grout make the countertop and a black stainless steel single bowl sink with a Delta kitchen faucet make for easy cleanup. Four 110 outlets and one 220 outlet are wired for multiple choices of cooking. Two Blackstone 22” E series electric griddles make for safe operation and easy cleanup. Polywood brand furniture in gray decorates the patio with two farmhouse 6 person dining sets, two 5’ benches, and 2 rocking chairs. Four Polywood loungers are stationed at the north end of the pool flanked by beautiful flowering planters. Two blue composite backless benches flank one of the artificial turf areas where bean bag toss games are played. A second artificial turf area is home to four Wise Owl nylon hammocks for relaxing.

A Barrier Reef “Outback”fiberglass pool in Evening Sky color is the center of the outdoor amenities area. This super safe pool has steps at each of the four corners and a safety ledge down each side and across the deep end. Two of the steps also serve as loungers. The pool is 30’ long x 11” wide and the depth goes from 3’6” to 5’3”. Enter and exit the pool safely by using the stainless handrail. Two sidewall LED lights illuminate the pool after dark.

A 7 person Durasport Spa with soft cover and cover lifter anchors a corner of the pool decking. Outdoor patio string lights illuminate the spa and turf area along the east side of the pool and another set of string lights illuminate the other turf area, adding a party atmosphere.
