Enjoy our spacious 2000 sq. ft private ground level waterfront home with a 75' of protected private deep-water dock on a Gulf finger canal. We have a large driveway for 2 boat trailers and cars.
Beautiful, majestic manatees visiting our dock every day.
We are on a finger canal off the Gulf of Mexico & minutes to the Atlantic Ocean via Vaca Cut. It is ideal for those who love boating or just enjoy having quiet time overlooking the water. The patio deck has a gas grill to cook your day's catch while watching the incredible sunset.
Our ground level home with only two steps to the front door, has a lot of extras for a carefree vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, W/D, a fish cleaning table & bait freezer.
We are also pet friendly with a grass backyard. Pet policy limits to 2 dogs, no other animals allowed. There is $150 pet fee.
NO hidden large admin fees, ours are $50 .
There are two master suites with king size beds w/ private baths. Main master Suites has a new adjustable bed. The guest room has two twin beds and a private 1/2 bath.
6 adults MAX per city regulations.
As our guests you have full access to the Cabana Club, which is located on Key Colony Beach 1 mile away. It has sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, Olympic size climate controlled (heated in winter & chilled in summer) pool, hot tub, poolside Tiki bar and restaurant. There is also a changing room with showers as well as a game room for the kids.

As we cross the first big bridge with great ocean views, we feel the stress slip away! Our favorite things about the home are its great location in Marathon near good restaurants and beaches, that it's dog-friendly, the manatees, and that we can rent a boat and keep it there for the week--exploring the gulf and oceanside each day. We discover something new each year. This last time we found out that Coco Plum Beach is where people take their dogs -- and ours had a blast! We will be back for our 8th year!"
