This beautiful unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the 1st floor with a water view. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the water. Master bedroom has a walk in closet. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed.
Kitchen has just been remodel with plenty of storage space. Unit has WIFI and all 3 TV's are Smart TV's.
Unit is equipped with washer and dryer.
This lovely condo is only 15 minutes away from Naples. There are also a number of beautiful public golf courses just minutes away from this ideally located condo.
Parking space is just outside your unit for your convince.
READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
