Welcome to our two-story, 4 bedroom home, where the heated pool is included in the price! Here you will find everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
We offer a stocked kitchen, full laundry facilities, and an atmosphere to enjoy it all. Lounge in the pool, or practice your putting skills on our 4 hole putting green. The pool heater is in and working, so you can enjoy the pool any time of year! The backyard, backs up to the golf course, which is nice for the view and added privacy.
Our home is family friendly, as we have high chairs and port-a-cribs for your little ones. You can gather in the dinning room and play some board games, or challenge each other in a foosball match! There is an additional tv/lounge area upstairs as well.
Our house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and you will be within minutes drive to a grocery store, bank, and retail outlets. The Phoenix raceway is 15 minutes away. For the kids ..... there's a nearby park, indoor trampoline facility, and bowling. The Coldwater Golf Course clubhouse is 4 minutes away on which you will be staying between the 5th hole and 6th tee.
