The condo is equipped with a comfortable table and chairs to crank out some emails and two extra-large drawers to store your belongings. The floor to ceiling sliding doors provide plenty of light into the condo and lead to a breathtaking view on the balcony, but don't worry the condo is also equipped w/ blackout shades to keep the room extra dark when desired.
BALCONY: Enter the spacious balcony and enjoy the view anytime, day or night, with east facing a comfy papasan chair to watch the sunrise, and a small table for drinks/books/laptop/etc. The balcony also has string lights providing a romantic effect at night (providing there is enough sunlight that day).
BATHROOM: Stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap), plush towels and washcloths, an iron, and a hairdryer - you will feel right at home and won't need to worry about bringing bathroom essentials.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking and hosting and has beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a stove top hood, and all the necessary cooking appliances/essentials.
LIVING ROOM: The living area is modernly designed, with furniture from Italy and Sweden, and has a 50" LED Philips Smart TV (including Netflix, Amazon Video, and YouTubeTV), and is equipped with a lightning fast router, and a fully digital thermostat. There are also extra pillows and a comforter if necessary.
THE BED: When you are finally ready to get tucked into bed you will sink into a luxury bed with a king-size Nectar mattress and two Bear pillows. Both are designed to stay cool throughout the night and provide support in all sleep positions, giving you optimal rest and the best sleep you've ever had. Add in high-thread count Egyptian cotton bedding, and you'll sleep like a baby.
POLICIES:
AGE AND BOOKING POLICY: This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties, photo shoots or gatherings of any kind.
PETS: Absolutely no pets are permitted
PARKING:
1. Bringing Your Own Car - Valet parking is the only option in the building with a $45 daily valet fee (with in and out privileges). Street parking is also always available nearby and the cost is $3/hr (payable via the PayByPhone mobile app)
2. Rental Car Available - My private car (2013 Chrysler 200 LX) is available for rent on Turo for any length of stay (daily, weekly, or monthly) for a $45 daily rental fee. If you choose this option, the private parking in the building garage will be included at no additional cost 24 hours a day.
- The car runs perfectly and is a smooth comfortable ride. However, it does have some minor exterior cosmetic damage that is not very noticeable and does not affect the car's performance in any way. It also gets approx 20 mpg in the city/30 mpg on the highway.
- Please let me know when you book if you would like this option (and for which dates) so I can block out the available dates on Turo until you can book (This option is separate from AIrBnb and must be booked and paid on Turo). The car is subject to availability; so if you wait, the car may not be available when you need it.
CAPACITY: This condo has a max capacity of 3 people (2 adults + one child age 15 or younger)
VISITORS: Guests that have booked a month or longer are permitted to have visitors. Visitors must be kept at a minimum at all times. Overnight visitors are not permitted for any length of booking.
NOISE: Miami is a lively city that never sleeps, so go out and enjoy the loud music and partying! But do not bring it home with you, because loud music and parties are just not tolerated in our building! Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, the building is occupied mostly by residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
BELONGINGS LEFT BEHIND: We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but we are not liable for them.
PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: Mailing packages to this property is not permitted.
SMOKING is not permitted anywhere in the building or inside the condo. if smoking is detected, you will face eviction and forfeit deposit. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed.
CLEANING FEE: There is a $125 cleaning fee required for each stay
THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS: No third party bookings allowed of any kind
AFTER BOOKING: (monthly stays)
1. Please attach a photo of a driver's license (if US citizen) or passport (if international guests) and email address for each adult, including yours.
2. A screening (including credit/background/eviction checks) will be required for all adults ($50 per adult check/approval mgmt fee), and the approval process usually takes 1-2 business days to complete.
