Take time to stroll delightful Downtown Dunedin, popular for its quaint boutiques, galleries, various specialty shops, as well as fine dining in a small town atmosphere. Known for its art and street festivals, movies and music in the park, and outdoor markets, there is always something to do in Dunedin. We provide bikes and the Pinellas Trail is only a block away from Dockside Villas. Stretch your legs on this 38 mile trail that leads to the beaches as well as downtown Dunedin.
The fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to cook great meals and a breakfast bar.
The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, HD flat screen TV and free high speed WiFi internet access. Graco Pack and Play and High Chair for the little ones is provided.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a comfortable Queen sized bed and wall mount flat screen TV, dressers and closet for storing your vacation belongings.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, dresser and closet.
The BATHROOM is centrally located and has tub and shower.
The LARGE BALCONY has table and chairs for relaxing. There is a BBQ GRILL for your use onsite.
Washer and Dryer are in the unit. Ironing board, hair dryer and beach towels are provided.
Special Note: There is no pool at Dockside Villas. We can not accommodate Jet Skis, Boats or Trailers. This property sleeps 4 in beds. We can accommodate a child in a pack n play.
Parking: One parking spot is available. This complex has 7 parking spots for the four units. Additional parking first come, first serve.
