Sun shines through large windows and sliding doors throughout the day, making the entire space bright and airy. High cathedral ceilings and intentionally comfortable seating create a unique feeling of coziness and elegance.

The house offers 2 designated workspaces. One of the spaces is located centrally, in the open living area and the other is more privately located in the office/guest room that is adjacent to the Pool.

Finally, imagine enjoying a gorgeous natural environment while Poolside in the screened and covered outdoor Patio. Watching the Sandhill Cranes and listening to the sounds of nature from the preserve is an experience in itself.

The Sandhill Cranes can often be seen nesting from the Patio, hence "The Coastal Crane" name that we chose. Vacationing on a Wildlife Conservation Preserve offers so many beautiful sights and sounds that you wouldn't normally get to experience otherwise. These birds call our surroundings their home and you'll frequently be able to see them in and around the yard. There are many eBird Locations on the Treasure Coast that offer views of over 400 species of Birds.

A private outdoor setting doesn't get much better than this! Both the front and the back porch offer a spacious outdoor seating area with different amenities and seating options. The house is built around the outdoor living areas and designed to give access to the pool from almost every room in the house.

✔ Screened in Heated Pool (The temperature is set to a comfortable 85 Degrees Fahrenheit, pool heat is included in your stay, the temperature cannot exceed 85 degrees) -Note that there are some spots with slight discoloration on the pool floor, this is not dirt, mold or anything that can be removed, it is purely cosmetic. The pool surface is original and resurfacing is not required but is being planned. The pool is completely functional, safe and enjoyable to swim in.
