There is plenty of parking for your boat/trailer as well as a nearby ramp to unload/load your boat into the Intracoastal.
Panama City East Bay is approximately 5 minutes and St. Joe Bay is approximately 30 minutes by boat.
Our home is situated on the shores of the Intracoastal Waterway, providing breathtaking panoramic views and direct access to the water for activities such as kayaking, boating, and fishing.
The interior design of our home reflects the coastal chic vibe of Mexico Beach/Port St Joe, featuring light and airy decor, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches that create a warm and inviting ambiance.
The floorplan is open and spacious. Perfect for unwinding and spending time together as a family.

There is no cable. We only have wifi and DVD players. You may login to Netflix, Roku, Hulu, etc.
Grill is charcoal.
Our kitchen comes fully stocked and ready to cook the catch of the day. Some appliances we have included in addition to the normal kitchen items are Fry Daddy, Electric Skillet, Food Processor, Crockpot.
Please note: We have 3 outdoor video surveillance cameras for security purposes only. We have a camera on the boathouse/driveway. We have a camera on our boat at the dock (boat only not on dock area). Signs are posted in these areas. We also have a camera over the back entrance that is only used when house is not occupied for security purposes.
Our house is located at the end of our sand road/easement. Though our house is in a secluded area, please remember this area is recovering from Hurricane Michael. Where houses once stood you may see campers. I assure you this area is still absolutely beautiful and is making progress in their recovery efforts every day.
