Home is fully furnished and equipped with everything what you need to feel comfortable.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, big dining room, living room with smart TV, 3 bedrooms (every room has smart TV) and beautiful modern 2 bathrooms, one of them has bathtub where you can relax after long day at the beach.
Pool area has big patio with couches and TV.
Outside area includes dining table, grill and campfire place - great for colder evenings during winter time!
House is located 3 miles from Downtown New Port Richey where you can enjoy your time at Sims Park or by the Cotee River. There is a lot things to do especially during the weekend!
House Rules:
• There is absolutely NO SMOKING permitted in the house
• PETS NOT ALLOWED. Any pet brought to propety - 500$ PENALTY
• We are happy to accommodate up to 6 people (including children). Ignoring this rule may cause you to pay additional fee (300$ per person)
• No events, parties and large gatherings
• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am (please be respectful of the neighbors)
• Check in is at 4pm (No early check in without approval)
• Check out is at 10am (No late check out without approval)
• Report any damages immediately
• Use pool at your own risk, we are not responsible for accidents or injuries
• In case of emergency call 911
• Must be 21 years old to book
