This concrete home is three doors down from the Pine Channel to the ocean. It’s located on one of the best deep water canal for great access to the Atlantic and/or back-country. This Lower Keys home has an open great room that includes the kitchen with an island, dining room, and great room with a 12 foot sliding glass door that overlooks the canal for incredible sunsets. The home has 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, a king size bed in the master bedroom with its own master en-suite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper when guest may visit. Allowing 6 people to sleep comfortably.
Some of the best fishing, boating, diving, snorkeling, can be found right out your door or take a kayak out for a tropical tour on the water. Our home comes with 3 kayaks for your pleasure, and there are boat and jet-ski rentals right down the road. Or take short ride on one of the two cruiser bikes provided to restaurants and more. The largest grocery store, Win-Dixie is on Big Pine just a mile away and all the conveniences are too just short distances away.

Sombrero Beach, and Bahia Honda State Park (park pass included) are a short boat or drive away. Your home is only 30 minutes to Key West and close to the Looe Key reef for incredible diving.
The home has a 75 foot seawall with a step down dock for easy loading and swimming. The canal is great for swimming and has a ladder to make getting in and out easy. Take a quick rinse with the outdoor shower for your convenience. The seawall has a fish cleaning station. The home has tile flooring throughout, central air, and ceiling fans throughout to keep things cool on your vacation. Plenty of parking with room for the largest RV, and storage for all the toys.
