Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Cocoa and our house has to offer. Pool and Hot tub for your daytime and night time relaxation. Convection oven perfect for baking those special dinners, Or maybe the blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. TV's in every room, 2 outdoor seating areas, 4 bicycles for a enjoyable ride around the quite neighborhood. Board games for a rainy day activity when your not out enjoying all the Florida life around for example. Most activities are less then 50 min drive to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Gator Land etc. Beaches are 20 min drive, we have boogie boards for you to use. Space center & Astronaut Hall of fame, Airboat rides, Skydiving, Zoo, are all within your short drive time. We are close to launch views just a 10 min bike ride up to the park. The house has the top of the line AC unit with Healthy Climate Control for all you allergy suffers. The house has a full house stereo systems that is in all rooms. We do have some workout equipment in the garage for those that can't go on vacation and not miss that workout. To sum our property up we are in the perfect location for all fun activities.
