Please note most weekends will require a 3 night minimum. Kindly inquire for a weekend reservation of less nights. Each one bedroom has an adjacent junior suite which combine for a 2 bedroom.
Four suites totaling over 3000 ft. Tresor tower, within Fontainebleau Miami beach Hotel with access to the resort's facilities. 6 full bathrooms + 2 living rooms + 2 full Kitchens + 2 kitchenettes. EXTRA BEDs are available and can be requested at the hotel for $60 per bed, per night plus tax.
Layout: The listing is in total 4 separate suites. A connecting 1 bedroom suite and Jr suite which forms a 2 bedroom, with an adjacent connecting 1 bedroom suite and Jr suite which forms a 2 bedroom for a combined 4 bedroom through the respective foyers.
Beds: Between the 4 bedrooms the suite can comfortably sleep 16 people with 4 king size beds and 4 full size sofa beds. It can sleep up to 18 guests with extra beds rented from the hotel. Each extra single rollaway bed is $60 a night plus tax.

1. Hotel transient rental fee $16.52 plus tax for each unit
2. Hotel's mandatory check out cleaning service charge
Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are not included in the rate, and are charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS MANDATORY CHECK OUT CLEANING: $720 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $350/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $720 plus tax.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.

Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
We would like to inform all of our Tresor Tower guests that sometimes elevator delays maybe expected either due to high occupancy or maintenance.
Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.
