3 Bedroom House in Dean Park Historic District, Fort Myers
This Craftsman style Bungalow was built in 1924. The house was recently refurbished to high light the fine finishes and modernized with central heating and air conditioning. High quality bedding and furnishings provide a comfortable just like home feel. Our nightly rate with a 30 day minimum is based on 2 guests with an extra $20 nightly charge for each additional guest. Comfortably we can host 4 people with 3 bedrooms, one bath and an additional outdoor shower.
The space
There are a total of three bedrooms
• One on the first floor with a queen bed, closets and a laptop space.
• Two bedrooms upstairs
o one with 2 twin beds, closets and bureau
o one with a platform queen bed with drawers underneath, shelves and a closet.
There is a large kitchen with full size appliances and a center island to make preparing meals a breeze.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and a coffee maker.
There is a separate dining area for meals at home with family and friends.
A cozy living room with a large screen TV to kick back from the day and unwind.
There is a spacious bathroom on the first floor and a nice outdoor shower.
The grounds offer a private fenced in backyard with deck and furnished patio, there is also a large front porch to relax and enjoy your visit.
This home is within walking distance to downtown Fort Myers River District. Enjoy the restaurants, nightlife, shopping and cultural events. Take advantage of all the area has to offer. Our home can accommodate couples and families. We have three bedrooms which allows privacy for all and an excellent place for business travelers to spread out as well. Standard fee is for 2 people. Each additional person is $20 per night!
Guest access
A code will be provided for the front door keyless entry.
In case of emergency there is a key box with a key we will provide that code if needed during your stay.
The alarm system will be shut off during your stay, but cameras at front and rear entrances will still be active.
Check in is 3 PM / flexible if no prior guest
Check out is 11 AM when we have guests coming the day you check out, otherwise flexible
