Feel at home and on vacation in this beautiful waterfront location! This lovely home has been professionally decorated, and features an open floor plan. All furniture, linens, and kitchen items are brand new!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a reading area and sliding glass doors leading to the pool and lanai. The master bathroom has two sinks and a large walk-in shower. Our guest bedroom also has a king size bed; the second bathroom, a full bath. Two separate living rooms feature Sofa Beds with queen size comfort mattresses (with optional removable pillow top). The kitchen comes complete with all necessities, including a Keurig coffee maker.
Enjoy an outdoor barbeque, with the convenience of the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Relax on the pool loungers overlooking the pool & canal! The large volleyball style pool is heated as needed, according to your desired temperature.
You will find pool toys and floats as well as a pool basketball hoop and volleyball net, beach toys, chairs and an umbrella.
Both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are 10 miles away. This location is also just a short distance from SWFL International Airport, both the Twins and Red Sox spring training facilities, world class golfing, boating, great shopping, and fabulous restaurants!
