Upstairs is complete with three bedrooms, one full bath & a loft space with a sleeper sofa. Coop's Cabana is fully equipped for all of your needs.
The exterior features of the home include a screened in porch off the side, an open deck for grilling that overlooks the golf course, a spacious yard and long, private driveway.
Thoughtfully complete with 7 smart TV's; one per bedroom, loft area, living room & game room located in the garage.
The game room is perfect for indoor activities as it includes a dart board, 9 ft. shuffleboard table, air hockey/ping pong table and arcade game, 85" smart TV, etc.
Complimentary to your stay includes one six seater golf cart.
The owners are full members of Fripp Island Resort, and amenity guest cards are available at an additional expense. These cards must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants and the two golf courses.
Provided are beach chairs, bikes & towels + various games and entertainment items for your ease and comfort. A second refrigerator is located in the garage to avoid the need for several trips to town.
Comfort is our top priority. For sleeping arrangements, there are 4 king beds, 1 sleeper sofa, There are two large couches in the living room + the most comfortable sectional in the second living space, 2 queen air mattresses, and a couch in the game room.
We have a second rental on the island, Three Suns that is also a 4 bedroom 3 bath home if needed for larger parties traveling together.
