The Space:
Our studio apartment is furnished with everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Tampa! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! Enjoy a shared balcony that overlooks the neighborhood, but please be mindful of your neighbors and respect quiet hours. There is a community coin laundry room in the building for your use.
There is limited 2-hour street parking and a parking lot behind the building that is $24/day.
This studio is located on the 2nd floor of the building and entry to the unit requires climbing approximately 25 stairs. There is no elevator in the building.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Our suite rests in the vibrant entertainment district and Ybor City neighborhood of Tampa. This historic area houses tons of unique boutiques, authentic Cuban and Latin American restaurants, and a whole lot of charm. Get breakfast at Abella’s Cuban Restaurant, dinner at The Bricks, and stop for a drink at the Tampa Bay Brewing Company. The Centro Ybor shopping mall has some of the best stores in the area. Or, learn about the history of the neighborhood at the Ybor City State Museum, which was built in a 1920’s bakery. Please be aware there is ambient noise in this busy neighborhood, especially on the weekends; we have earplugs available in-suite, for your convenience.
Getting Around:
Tampa, FL, is an incredibly walkable area and home to multiple lines of public transportation. The TECO Line streetcar connects Ybor City to Channelside Bay Plaza, and there are over 200 buses that service the city. Our suite is closely located to multiple bus lines and a light rail line. If you’re looking for a quick trip around the city, Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis are widely available.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
