The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Philadelphia! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi!

Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths. The building is not equipped with an elevator, and there are several stair to contend with on the way to your suite. Please keep this in mind when you are packing for your trip.
Parking is not included. The suite is located on a busy street, so it tends to be noisy. Also please note that rooftop access is not allowed.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy.
A note about dogs ($75 fee, only dogs are allowed): We welcome your furry friend to join you during your stay, as long as the following rules are followed. Failure to abide by these will result in additional fees and possible eviction without refund: Breed Restrictions: No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, or mixes of these breeds. Weight Restriction: No dogs over 50 lbs. Age Restriction: Minimum 6 months old. Other Restrictions: Must be on a leash at all times, no exceptions. If left alone in the apartment, they must be in a kennel/cage at all times. Please be a good neighbor and pick up after your furry friend at all times.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Situated near Queen Village in the heart of South Street. This suite is near the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, the University of the Sciences, and much more! Also in close proximity is Locust Walk, where you can enjoy a variety of shops, and restaurants. Still looking for things to do? There are several museums that are close by, as well as the Liberty Bell. The Adventure Aquarium is also a stones throw away.
Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around in Philadelphia. Looking for a healthy way to explore the city? Philadelphia is rated as one of the best walking cities in the country and they have 750 miles of bike trails in the works with over 300 miles of it already completed. The city has a bike rental service, Indego, starting at $4 per ride. Philly PHLASH Downtown Loop is a bus that connects all of the city's top attractions. The closest transit stops (Girard Ave & 2nd or Girard Ave & 3rd) are only a 3 minute walk from the property and services the bus and trolley lines. The city is also home to SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) which offers buses, trains, underground subway trains, and trolleys. These options will get you almost anywhere you need to go in the city and even into some suburbs. Rideshare programs such as Uber and Lyft are also available and make for a convenient way to get around the city.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
