This home comes with its own private pool & spa overlooking conservation land and sits in a prime position, just a few short steps from the community clubhouse which offers a beautiful pool area and gym, sand volleyball and play area.
This home offers plenty of space, comfort and a peaceful place to relax after a busy, fun-filled day. Upon entering the home you'll see a formal living and dining area for those shared evening meals after a day out. The kitchen, dining room and living area are open plan to ensure plenty of space for larger groups. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and air hockey table provided for your leisure. Additionally, the house is equipped with a high chair, stroller and pack and play in case needed.
Watersong lies approximately 15 minutes from the I-4 so easy travelling to the various theme parks, beaches and shopping malls offered in Central Orlando and on Florida's coasts. If you prefer to spend time at your home from home, the resort club house is a very short walk away and provides a beautiful pool with plenty of loungers for relaxing. A selection of stores and restaurants are also within easy drive ensuring that you're far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the quiet and be able to relax but are also within easy reach of all the conveniences you might need or want on a daily basis.
