The home is like new, built in the Village of Fenney along a quiet street and is in an ideal and private location for the golf, recreation centers, restaurants, and swimming pools, which are all very near by. The Lantana plan features a beautiful open plan, with a contemporary furnished living room with a 55 inch Smart LED TV and kitchen with black stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is set up for entertaining with wine rack, oversized side by side refrigerator, a Ninja blender/ processor, and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen, living room, and dining are all open with high 9 foot ceilings along with a bar with wine and beer cooler and a pub table for enjoyment. The dining table seats 6 plus seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The home is open and light and windows throughout overlook the serene pond and waterfowl. You will certainly enjoy the relaxation with your morning coffee, evening cocktails and dinners on the large screened lanai overlooking the water. The screened in lanai features an unbelievable, beautiful setting overlooking the water. The lanai features an in ground hot tub/ spa, love seat, 2 chairs, sofa, and tables for relaxing as well as a 6 seat dining table and a gas barbecue. The pond has very occasionally gone dry for short durations in long stretches of no rain, but remains a very beautiful and peaceful sanctuary. The two car garage plus golf cart garage has plenty of space and included in the rate is a Yamaha EFI 2 seat golf cart for your use. This home features a master bedroom with king bed with a large slider to the lanai and large Smart LED TV along with a large walk in closet and a bath featuring a walk in tile shower along with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. Wake up to views of the water from your bed! The second king bedroom is large, and is suitable as a second master with lots of light and large windows. The third queen sized bedroom is set for comfort. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a tile walk- in shower. High Speed Wi-Fi internet and DirectTV with the Ultimate Programming Package are included and all of your linens, dishes, cookware, cutlery and towels are also included for your convenience. Full laundry with washer and dryer. With the Villages resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship golf courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. This home is made for fun! The home is located about 6 blocks from the Fenney Neighborhood swimming pool, and a Regional Recreation Center for pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball and another swimming pool. Just a short ride or walk away is a the Fenney Club House with restaurant, bar and pool. Brownwood Paddock Town Square is about a 20 minute drive away.
