Summary: This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and will plan on doing again in the future. We like the location of the property as my husband is a golfer! They are dog friendly and have a fun pool area and Florida room. We had a situation where the heater of the pool quit working and Jean (management company) had the part ordered and replaced quickly! She is easy to communicate with and takes care of issues fast! The host provides bikes to ride, beach chairs, and umbrella, and a portable bean bag toss as well as beach toys for children and a grill to use at the house. It is located close to a wide choice of restaurants and to the beach on Boca Grande. Although the house is a little older, the decor of the house is fun beachy feel with three televisions. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary dishes, kitchen gadgets and dishwasher, the fridge has its own icemaker and water dispenser so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Overall I recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in Englewood and the Rotonda area.
