You'll have unrestricted access to our custom built mini golf course, sports courts, fishing, Connect Four Basketball, & beautiful tree-covered grounds-- There are even motorized carousel rides (for kids)!
Historically, guests have only been able to rent the ENTIRE island for thousands per night. Much of the year, the owners live there and would only rent it out during the 60-70 nights per year that they travel. As their kids who grew up on the island have now gone off to college, they've decided to make it more affordable for others to enjoy this 62 acre paradise by renting out the two guest houses (10 bedrooms total) while they continue to live and stay out of the way in the main house.
The two guest houses are about 150-200 feet from the main house and there plenty of trees for privacy (see arial photos).
You'll be able to use the main house's waterfall pool, hot tub, and super fast WATERSLIDE--daily until 11:30pm! It even has a high-end dropdown motorized 126" movie screen for poolside cinema!
Standard/separate rental agreement required at booking. $450 refundable security deposit not due until arrival week (can also just put a temporary hold on a credit card--to be released after checkout).
