There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as Mcdonalds, chili’s, subway, pizza hut, Publix grocery store, and Walgreen’s drug store.
This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (May 2016). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 43 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 43 inch flat screen tv. The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch tv, dvd player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.
