Our home is a NEW 4th (top) floor (elevator access) 2 bed/2 Bath Condo with a Lanai that offers gorgeous views of Lakewood National’s 14th Green and 15th Tee of the Piper Course.
The spacious Master Suite features a King Storage Bed, a wall-mounted 55” TV, Full Dresser & Mirror, Nightstands, Walk-in closet, Full Length Mirror, & Master Bath with large vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size Storage Bed, Full Chest, and large closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This bedroom is adjacent to the guest bath that features a combined tub/shower, and quartz vanity.
Our Kitchen has all new Stainless Steel Appliances, Quartz Countertops, and a Large Island with 4 barstools. The Dining area that overlooks a large Bay Window can seat up to 8 with two large benches, and two chairs. Our home is turn-key with all the amenities one would have in their own kitchen, including dishes, pots & pans, silverware, knives, toaster, blender, and full coffee maker & Keurig.
The Living room has an open concept to the kitchen and features a sectional sofa w/chaise, oversized chair, Entertainment Center and 65” TV. Relax on the Lanai, equipped with seating, tables, and ceiling fan and enjoy the Spectacular views of Piper pond, #15 fairway and woods. There is a covered single carport located near the elevator for easy access. Our home also features an enclosed laundry area with washer & dryer, Free wifi, and extra linens.
Unlimited golf resort membership (member, spouse and children under 21) includes all amenities such as golf, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Tiki Lounge, State of the Art Fitness Center, Large Resort type Pool, along with Satellite Pools, Spa access, and car transponder for security gate.
1-Month minimum Rental required. Membership transfer available for all stays with a one-time transfer fee of $600 (through 12/23; subject to change thereafter).

The beaches in close proximity include Anna Maria Island, Lido Beach, Siesta and Longboat Keys.
