If you are looking for a place to party, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a nice place to relax, hang out with your friends and family, then this is the perfect place for you. Any music played in the pool area needs to be set to a reasonable volume. Music should also be set to a reasonable volume during the day, as well as evening.
We have a charcoal grill. Kindly bring your own lighter fluid and charcoal to use.
We encourage a peaceful atmosphere after 9 pm to respect our neighbors and enhance your relaxation. To respect our neighbors, we ask that outdoor music be kept at a moderate level after 9 pm (10 pm on weekends)
Occasionally, the pool company will be in the pool area behind the house; they usually come once per week, and their schedule varies. They will not enter the house when they arrive.
There is a separate listing for a boathouse on this property. It is totally separate and they are totally private from each other. Common areas are sun patio and canal area. Guests will enter through the side gate.
There is parking for 3 cars. For more than 3 cars, please ask for approval from the host.
Please ask about boat rental. There is access to a canal. Do not enter the boat area without permission or unless you are renting a boat.
While we work hard to prepare the home for your stay, you may occasionally find clean laundry in the dryer. Feel free to set it aside and know that everything you need will be provided for your comfort
We ask that you help us with taking trash cans to the street and bringing cans back in on trash days.
A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, 1 trash bag per trash can, and enough laundry detergent to load the towels and sheets when checking out. If you have a larger group, stay a while, or just use a lot of these items in general for personal use, you may want to pick up more at the local grocery store.
The property is regularly maintained to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Please note that some maintenance activities may occur during your stay, but we will do our best to minimize any disruptions.
The property is equipped with a water heating system. Please be aware that during the winter months, after extremely cold nights, the water heater may not be able to raise the water to an ideal temperature. Typically, the water heating system will increase the water temperature by up to 20°F above the nightly low. Therefore, as long as the nighttime temperature doesn't drop below the 50s (°F), the pool is likely to be comfortable the following day. Fortunately, in Florida, temperatures rarely dropbelow60°F.
$500 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 20 days or longer. $500 will be prorated if your stay is under 30 days. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
Occasionally, packages may be delivered to the property to assist with its maintenance and upkeep. In rare instances, we may kindly ask you to bring a package inside for safekeeping. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure the home remains in great condition.
