Walking distance to Marco Walk, great shopping, fantastic restaurants/outdoor seating, ice cream and sweet shops, live music, sports bar, book store, mini golf and movie theater. One block walk to the beach with chair and water sports rental.
The space
This super clean, costal vibe, comfortable condo has 1 queen bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower with a sliding door that leads out to the screened in lanai. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that easily and convert into a comfortable king. Separate bathroom with tub/shower combo. Upholstered pull out sleeper sofa with a recliner. Floor to ceiling sliding doors from the living room lead out to the screened in lanai with a table and 4 chairs. Beautiful view out to the ocean and the sunsets are spectacular! Dining room table and 6 chairs and a breakfast bar with 3 stools. Nice open, fully equipped kitchen.
