Older neighborhood, first developed in the early 1960's. House was built in 1980. Basement with Pub, Bunk Room, Theater, and one -2 queen bedroom recently remolded.
The Villages are 15-20 minutes away. Other local restaurants closer.
Guests have access to entire house and property, but not the garage.
Bring your boat (only 4 allowed). Boat ramps on Lake.
Guests are required to clean up any areas used, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Please leave the Guest House the way you will find it, "Neat, Clean, and Tidy" including leaving the furniture where you found it.
