The large open parking underneath the home, as well as additional parking in the driveway, offers enough space for you to bring your boat. Conveniently located on the side of the home is a generous size fish cleaning sink, perfectly laid out for easy use.
This beautiful home has two flights of stairs – however for a small fee the elevator is available to the renters. The elevator starts at the ground floor and can stop at each floor. Located on the first floor is three master bedrooms with separate master bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have amazing views of the gulf with private balconies. Each of the master bedrooms have a king size bed, plasma TV's, spacious closets, glass double doors walking out to the decks, and MUCH MORE. The second level is where you will find the delightfully laid out kitchen, living room and dining area—all with amazing gulf views. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking items needed to be that chef you have also wanted to be! The dining area, that seats eight, is by far the best location to enjoy your dinner. Every diner will enjoy the breath taking views of the deserted beaches, unbelievable sunsets, and wonderful gulf breezes. The 4th bedroom and bathroom is also located on this floor, facing the bay side.
Enjoy the miles and miles of deserted beaches and beautiful sunsets from the decks or walk down to the beach and relax while listening to the peaceful sound of the ocean. Need at little more action? Grab your fishing pole and fish from the shore, walk along the shoreline and find sea shells, go crabbing, watch the dolphins play or watch the sea turtles hatch.
