2 Bedroom House in Flor-a-mar, New Port Richey
I call my home the “Pink Flamingo” because it’s painted pink on the outside and inside. This charming cottage has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have brand new Queen size beds. One bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the other bathroom has a tub with a shower. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. The home been recently been remodeled, new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen from pots and pans, small appliances, spices, dishwashing tablets, dishes, glassware, utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, large beach mat, and beach chairs, for when you go to the beach. There is a desk area for your use with a paper shreader for your security. The brand new pool is begging to be used. There also is a hot tub spa for your relaxation. Outdoor grill. Floaties, pool noodles for the pool and coolers are in the shed. There are 2 kayaks I provide for your use in the canal.
The floating dock has a built in bench. Fishing is actually quite good off the dock. You might be lucky and a see manatee, dolphin, tarpon, or shark might swim by. You can dock your boat at the dock up to a 32ft boat. There are 2 islands to play on out in the Gulf less than half hour away. If you bring your boat, you cannot park your trailer in the driveway. It is against HOA rules.
Lots of close shopping. Publix is just 1/2 mile away. Many great restaurants close by.
Green Key Beach is 5 minutes away and they have amazing sunsets there.
Tampa airport 45 minutes away
Orlando 2 hours away
Busch Gardens one hour away
Clearwater Beach 1 hour away
Casino Boat 15 minutes away
The living room has a 65 in tv. There is a TV in the guest bedroom and master bedroom.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, and laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
There is seating outside and chase lounges for your relaxation.
There is a large lot across the street to take your dogs for a walk.
This is a non- smoking property.
