Enjoy Sanibel Island for a month or longer at our vacation home located in desirable Gulf Pines. Our stilted beach home has one bedroom and one bathroom on the main level with a spacious living room, dining and full kitchen. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and full bathroom while the guest bedroom and bathroom are accessed via a spiral staircase from the main level. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and is perfect for visiting kids or grandchildren. There is a full size murphy bed on the main level for extra guests. On the ground floor is a bonus area with two twin beds and a half bathroom. Our home is very unique in that there is a boardwalk leading directly to the heated pool shared by the association. There is also a gas bbq grill available near the pool. Gulf Pines association also has a tennis court and beach path. We will consider a well behaved pet with an additional, non-refundable pet fee.
