Parking:
Free parking on premises in the driveway for up to 2 large vehicles (or 3 compact cars). Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways and do not park on the grass. The lawn has a built-in sprinkler system; driving or parking on the grass will damage the sprinkler heads, resulting in costly repairs. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by parking in non-designated areas, so park in the driveway only.

Trash removal is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays. Please place the trash bids curbside no earlier than 4pm the day prior to scheduled collection days. For all non-pick-up days, garbage must be kept in sanitary, covered, and secured trash containers that are stored out of street view.
The garage is not made available to guests.
Exterior security cameras are present at the front door, above the garage, and in the backyard under the awning for guest safety.
