The property is centrally located to take full advantage of the Yacht Club & public Beach (6 min), "island time"! The apartment features a comfortable queen size bed and full-size shower and bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking and eating utensils, toaster, blender, Keurig machine, and cleaning supplies. The living room has a 55" smart TV and sectional with a full size slide out sleeper. Hi Speed WiFi works around entire property. Washer/dryer in unit.
The covered patio has 4 person table to enjoy outdoor dining and socializing. Also features a large pool deck with seating and lounge chairs and plenty of space to use the BBQ grill. 14,000 gallon heated pool has plenty of floats and toys for everyone.
