This home includes three bedrooms: Master bedroom has king bed, walk in closet and bathroom. The second bedroom also has direct access to lanai and pool. Third bedroom is bright and sunny. Guest bathroom has Tub and shower combo, a sink with plenty of room.
The large lanai is air conditioned or open the many sliders for open access to the pool. Extra frig and seating for your comfort.
Dining area next to kitchen seats six. Large kitchen island with quartzite counter seating seats four more people. The laundry room is just off the kitchen.

For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity.
