This newly renovated beach-side cottage is nestled within one of Vilano Beach's original seaside neighborhoods. Sand paths meander from the cottage towards the dune-lined beach walk for easy access to the ocean. (You do not have to cross A1A or drive to get to the beach )

Inside this 2-story home, originally constructed in 1943, you’ll find new grey-washed laminate hardwood flooring. We heat the pool October - April. As long as the temperature stays above 63 degrees we can keep the pool at 85 degrees. If the temperature drops below 63 degrees the pool temperature will drop proportionately.
There are two security cameras on the property. One is on the south-west corner of the property outside facing the driveway. The other is monitoring the garage. The garage is locked and off limits to guests.
