Split plan three bedroom home. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a newly renovated on suite bath with a walk in shower. The other two bedrooms include a full bed in one and two twin beds in the other. For your convenience, there is also a queen air mattress and a pack and play available. French doors in the master and the living room leading to the pool bring in loads of light along with the sky lights in the main living space. The french doors in the large open living room will lead you into the back yard oasis which is the heart of this home. Private screened pool with a large covered outdoor living/dining area. Plenty of room to relax in the shade on hot days or soak up the sun in the chaise by the pool. Enjoy the HEATED salt water pool year round and stay extra warm in the hot tub during the Florida winter nights.
You will have full access to the house, garage and fenced in back yard. We do ask that you keep out of the locked owners closet in the master bedroom.
Please contact host if you would like to have the pool heated for an additional charge of $150/booking if staying longer than one week the charge will be $150/week. Note: it may take a couple of days to reach the desired temperature, early notification to host recommended
