Summary: The staff were very accommodating. I reserved to have a non connecting room and they were fast and friendly to fix it. The next room given to me had an issue with the thermostat. Employee took initiative to help check it and try to fix it. He then moved to another room. He thanked me for being a nice and easy person to work with. He was a nice guy and gave me another room that was a very nice one. The due diligence of staff promptly wanting to find a solution for my stay to be pleasant was commendable. Customer service was the high standard Hilton organization would be proud of at this location
