Our home is located on a double lot (10,000+ sq ft) and features a fully fenced-in backyard with lots of privacy and outdoor space. You will have full access to the entire home.

Security cameras are installed on the front exterior of the property to ensure guest safety. There is one camera on the front porch above the porch swing, another positioned above the driveway, and a third located on the side of the house, facing the locked backyard gate.
Pack and Play are available upon request! (additional fee required). Please request ahead of your check-in time. No special efforts have been made to `childproof` this house, and guests understand and accept any risk or harm to any children/infants allowed on the property.
Trash collection is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays, with recycling pickup on Thursdays only.
Mid-Term Guest Policy:
For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.
