Visiting Gainesville for UF sports, graduation, Shands, or sightseeing? We have the perfect place for you. Come back and relax after your event- or watch your event from the flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The house is newly renovated as of the summer of 2011 (it's 775 SF heated/ cooled).
You can walk to downtown bars and restaurants. We are also just a 10 minutes drive from La Chua Trail (a Florida State Park) where you are guaranteed to see 1 to 100 alligators.
We are also just 2 miles from UF campus, the Swamp, and the O'Connell Center.
The owners live next door to the house, and can be easily reached via phone and e-mail.
Also, please note that the 'convertible bed' is a queen sized blow-up mattress (with linens and pillows provided) and can be placed in the living room/ couch area. Pack-n- plays can fit in the bedroom.
Also, for extra safety we have an alarm system installed in the house which can be activated by guests.
