Original 1910 fireplaces in the living and master bedroom. Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors throughout the main residence. Wrap around 1st floor balcony and 2nd floor balcony accessible from the master and guest bedroom.
The new guest house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; it also has its own living room, kitchen, and balcony with waterfront views. Although not historic like the main house, the guest house has a modern theme and offers privacy of its own.
