Superb 4 bedroom villa! The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, south west of Orlando on US-27. The private pool overlooks a protected garden. The house is ideally located to visit Disneyworld (20 minutes), Premium Outlet shopping center (25 minutes), SeaWorld & Universal Studios (30 minutes), Orlando (35 minutes) and Legoland (45 minutes). All amenities are nearby, including supermarkets (Publix and Walmart) and restaurants, with shops just 5 minutes away! The swimming pool is fully screened from insects, has new patio furniture and sun loungers (October 2016) and can be heated (at extra cost). There is a gas barbecue / grill available for hire. Enjoy the panoramic view! Look at the photos, that's what you'll see!
All rooms were renovated in December 2016. The master suite has a new king size bed with high quality memory foam mattress, new duvet and pillows and en-suite bathroom. The queen bedroom also has a new high-quality memory foam mattress. The children's bedrooms have also been fitted with new bunk beds and mattresses. All linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a side-by-side fridge, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, all pans, cutlery, glasses and crockery are provided so you can cook like at home! In the games room, children (and parents too) will have hours of fun with the large air hockey table and table football.

*We are delighted to welcome you to our Florida home, perfect for a family holiday. If you need a house to party in, this is not the villa for you, we have a strict NO partying policy.
* This is a self-contained house, so don't forget to stop at the nearest supermarket to buy your toiletries and any meals you want. In accordance with the recommendations of the State of Florida, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen cupboards. Therefore, all food will be removed after the guest has departed and supplies such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, etc. will not be provided prior to your arrival. We provide a first roll of toilet paper in each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms and a tab for the dishwasher. Towels and linen are included in your stay. An additional welcome pack, including tea, coffee and filters, dishwasher tab, tea towel and rubbish bag, can be provided for a fee. If you would like this option, please let us know prior to check-in.
* Check-in: from 16:00. Check-out strictly before 10:00.
* On departure, please leave all rubbish in the outside bin.
-Please close all windows and doors and turn off all taps, lights and fans.
-Please check that you have all your personal belongings, as we cannot be held responsible for items left behind.
* It is your responsibility to take out appropriate insurance for all members of your party in case of personal injury etc. We cannot be held responsible for the use of the swimming pool.
* Access to the pool is at the risk of all members of the group (there is an access alarm at the rear doors). A pool barrier for the safety of young children is available and ready to use.
* It is forbidden to bring drugs or weapons into the house. It is also forbidden to smoke marijuana inside the house.
