Our Florida Pool Home Tranquil Rest is ideal for any Florida Holiday. Perfectly situated for a family holiday to attend the many Theme Parks on offer also ideally located to travel to a number of beaches on both coasts in just over an hour.
Our home is comprised of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we also have a games room and over sized pool and hot tub with lake views. Our home comfortably sleeps 10 persons. A master suite with king-sized bed en-suite bathroom and balcony with lake views. Spacious bedroom 2 with queen size bed, bedroom 3 with full size bed and bedroom 4 with 2 twin beds. There is also a family bathroom which completes the upper floor.
Bedroom 5 is situated on the ground floor and has 2 twin beds, opposite the door to bedroom 5 is a downstairs bathroom. Our open planned layout makes moving from the fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge extremely easy. There are patio doors from the the dining and living area to the pool area.
The pool area is oversized for the community and the pool has a hot tub with wonderful lake views. There is plenty of room to sunbathe with to areas to eat and enjoy the Florida Sun. There is also a pool bathroom accessed from the pool area. We have converted the garage into a fully fitted games room comprising of 8' slate bed pool table, air hockey and foosball table.
Our home is only a short distance from any major attraction including restaurants and bars. The drive from Orlando International takes just 35 minutes. Universal Studios is just 25 minutes north on the I4 as is SeaWorld at just 20 minutes from our home. Disney Main Gate is just 10 minutes from our home.
International Drive, Old Town, Disney Springs and all the other major areas you will need to enjoy your holiday while in Florida are 10 to 20 minutes from our home. If its a beach you require then you have many choices in just over an hour including Cocoa, Daytona and Clearwater to name a few.
As far as shops are concerned our closest shopping area is just a mile where you will find a Publix and many takeaway options. Champions Gate is just a couple of miles where there are a selection of restaurants and bars including a Chilli's and a Millers Ale House. There are a also many golf course in our area as we are opposite Reunion Resort and obviously the courses at Champions Gate.
